Imagine a beautiful instructor on a secluded and sun kissed beach, an exquisitely furnished beach hut and a gorgeous girlie masseur and you have the perfect action and de-stressing day. Includes a half day surf lesson, complete with all equipment and tuition and a relaxing 30 minute back massage. Please allow 4 to 5 hours for this event.

Try your hand at the Zip wire, cliff abseiling, an assault course and rat run. Zip Wire - An aerial runway 750ft long and 120ft high - the longest, highest and fastest in Europe. The rush of launching yourself from the cliff top to ride the Zip Wire high across a crowded beach is second to none. Cliff Abseiling - Learn to make a controlled rope descent from 100ft on a variety of cliff and cave terrain. Challenge your fears and feel the incredible sense of achievement as you reach the beach below! Assault course - requires you to overcome a series of obstacles and, through skill and coordination, to uncover a scrambling route and ascend to the cliff top before retracing your footsteps to make a successful descent back to your starting point. Rat run - Using head torches you will need to negotiate your way through an underground maze of dark and narrow tunnels and safely through to the other side! This great activity last for 2 to 3 hours and includes all equipment and instruction.

The biggest adrenaline rush you may ever experience. Choose either Harness Sphereing where two stags at a time will be harnessed inside a Sphere and rolled down a hill at up to 30mph. or... Aqua Sphereing which has no harness but with thirty litres of water in the ball. Not unlike in a washing machine!

This event takes place a short drive from Newquay and includes 1 Sphere ride per person with all equipment and instruction. Your ride will last from 30 seconds to 1 minute but please allow 1 to 2 hours for the whole event depending on your group size. Transport to the site is not included.

Maximum Height 2.2m - Maximum Weight 16 stone for women and 19 stone for men.
