Oxford, most famous for its University and Inspector Morse. Has a great selection of bars and restaurants as well as comedy clubs, jazz venues, greyhound racing and a floating restaurant.
There is also a ghost tour around Oxford's medieval streets and a guided Inspector Morse tour of the city.
