Q - How soon do I need to book:
A - You should book your weekend as soon as possible to ensure that you get the best hotels and activities. We would advise booking at least 12 weeks before but if you have left it until the last minute we can help.
Q - How do I book:
A - Booking a stag weekend or hen weekend is easy. Just fill out an on-line form and pay a deposit of 20%. We will then confirm your weekend. If your chosen weekend is no longer available we will offer an alternative. If you do not wish to accept the alternative we will refund your deposit in full. The final balance is payable no less than 42 days before the date of your event. Bookings made less than 42 days of the event date will be payable in full at time of booking.
Q - Can I book by post:
A - Yes, just complete the on-line booking form, print it out and return this with your deposit of 20% payable by cheque or card. Please post to us using the address shown on the contact page.
Please note that we cannot hold any bookings until we have received your booking form and deposit.
Q - What if someone drops out:
A - You can amend the group size with no loss of deposit up until 6 weeks before the arrival date (subject to the minimum group size shown). If someone in your group is unable to travel you must notify us when you pay your balance 42 days before your event.
Amendments less than 42 days before your event are at our discretion. No amendments will be accepted less than 14 days from the date of travel. If a group member needs to cancel within 14 days of travel we will not be able to offer any refund. You should take out travel insurance that covers for cancellations.
Q - Can I add extra people on last minute:
A - We will always try our best to add extra people to your booking subject to availability.
Q - What is the minimum amount of people I need to make a booking:
A - Package descriptions will show the number of persons required to book a weekend. We have weekends available for as little as 4 people.
Q - Where will the hotel and other activities be:
A - We always try to locate your group a hotel that is city centre and close to all of your activities and nightlife. All venues will be named upon confirmation of final numbers. Some activities will need transport to get to.
Q - Is transport included:
A - No transport is included unless stated in the weekend description. If you would like us to arrange transport for your weekend please ask us for a quote.
Q - There is an odd number of people in my group. How much is the single room supplement:
A - Sometimes it is possible to book a single or triple room at no extra cost, subject to availability but if a single room supplement is payable it will be approx £40-£50 per night based on 3* accommodation.
