Q - How soon do I need to book:
A - You should book your weekend as soon as possible to ensure that you get the best hotels and activities. We would advise booking at least 12 weeks before but if you have left it until the last minute we can help.
Q - Is the price shown on the website guaranteed:
A - The prices shown on our website are normally correct but occasionally due to major events like public holidays or sporting events the price may differ from that shown due to higher demand. When you place your booking with us if the price is different from that shown we will contact you before proceeding with your booking.
Q - How do I book:
A - Booking a stag weekend or hen weekend is easy. Just fill out an on-line form and pay a deposit of 20%. We will then confirm your weekend. If your chosen weekend is no longer available we will offer some alternatives. If you do not wish to accept any of the alternatives we will refund your deposit in full. The final balance is payable no less than 42 days before the date of your event. Bookings made less than 42 days of the event date will be payable in full at time of booking.
Q - Is booking on-line secure:
A - We use a third party secure booking form accredited by Qualified Security Assessors to the highest possible standard available under the PCI DSS scheme to ensure that your payment details are safe.
Q - How long has The Stag and Hen Company been in Business:
A - We have been organising stag and hen weekends since 2003 and have arranged 1000's of events for happy stags and hens. Take a look at the pictures and feedback our customers have sent in. See feedback and pictures.
Q - Is my money safe:
A - Yes 100% - As required by law under The Package Travel, Package Holidays and Package Tours Regulations 1992 (SI 1992 No 3288), all monies paid to us is held in a separate trust account for your safety and reassurance. These arrangements ensure that payments made by you for your weekend would be refunded in the unlikely event of insolvency.
Q - What if someone drops out:
A - You can amend the group size with no loss of deposit up until 6 weeks before the arrival date (subject to the minimum group size shown). If someone in your group is unable to travel you must notify us when you pay your balance 42 days before your event.
Amendments less than 42 days before your event are at our discretion. No amendments will be accepted less than 14 days from the date of travel. If a group member needs to cancel within 14 days of travel we will not be able to offer any refund. You should take out travel insurance that covers for cancellations.
Q - Can I add extra people on last minute:
A - We will always try our best to add extra people to your booking subject to availability.
Q - What is the minimum amount of people I need to make a booking:
A - Package descriptions will show the number of persons required to book a weekend. We have weekends available for as little as 6 people.
Q - Where will the hotel and other activities be:
A - The location of your hotel will be shown in the package description. We always try to locate your group a hotel that is close to all of your activities and nightlife. All venues will be named upon confirmation of final numbers. Some activities will need transport to get to.
Q - Is transport included:
A - No transport is included unless stated in the weekend description. You will receive contact details for local suppliers of transport including minibus and Taxi companies with your info pack.
Q - There is an odd number of people in my group. How much is the single room supplement:
A - Sometimes it is possible to book a single or triple room at no extra cost, subject to availability but if a single room supplement is payable it will be approx £40-£50 per night based on 3* accommodation.
